We are seeking a Frontend Developer with a strong logical and engineering mindset who goes beyond simply building UI components. In this role, you will design and develop robust, maintainable, and visually refined web applications. We value clean, well-structured code, sound architectural practices, and a logic-driven approach to problem-solving.

What You Will Own:

Complex Feature Development: Build logic-heavy frontend features from scratch, translating business requirements into efficient React components
Code Quality: Write clean, documented, and testable code using OOP and functional paradigms where appropriate
Performance Optimization: Identify and fix performance bottlenecks in the rendering pipeline, ensuring smooth user experiences
API Integration: Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate RESTful APIs and websockets seamlessly
Component Architecture: Design reusable, modular components that follow the DRY principle and scale across the application

What This Role Is NOT:

×No Backend Development: You focus on the frontend layer, not server-side logic or database design
×No Design Work: You implement designs, not create them. We have designers for visual work

Who We Are Looking For:

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in frontend development with 2+ years of hands-on React.js experience
JavaScript Core: Expert knowledge of modern JavaScript including asynchronous programming (Promises, async/await), closures, scope, and clear understanding of the event loop
OOP Mastery: Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (Classes, Inheritance, Encapsulation, and Design Patterns) and how to apply them to frontend architecture
Problem Solving: Ability to write efficient algorithms and strong grasp of data structures
React Expertise: Expert use of React Hooks, Context API, and state management patterns
Styling: Mastery of HTML5, CSS3, and professional experience using Tailwind CSS for rapid, utility-first UI development
Attention to Detail: Sharp eye for detail to ensure designs are pixel-perfect across all screen sizes and browsers
